Greenworkstools.ca has a 30-Day money back guarantee on most direct purchases*, less shipping and handling, taxes not applicable.

When returning a product, please follow the below return procedure and make sure to have the required information.

  1. Ensure to create a merchandise return case by filling out the return form with all the required details.

  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping cost in returning a product. For exceptions, please call our customer support.

  3. All returns must be in the original packaging and contain all original components. Without all the original components, including manuals, nuts and bolts etc., the return will not be accepted. Upon arrival at our facilities your return will be inspected for all parts and pieces for processing of your refund. GREENWORKS reserves the rights to refuse any returns upon inspection.

  4. All returns require the order number, tracking number and item(s) being returned for us to track and review your return in a timely manner. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain and confirm the tracking number provided by the courier with whom you are shipping back the item(s). Once the warehouse confirms receipt of your return(s) and inspections have been completed, the refunds department will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. It is recommended to keep and follow the tracking details to ensure the successful return of the product(s).

  5. *FINAL SALE or DISCONTINUED items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Please note: NON-REFUNDABLE Items are also not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges*

  6. Only items received back to our facility within 30 days from the original delivery date are eligible for a refund. For exceptions, please contact our customer support.

Online Cancellation Policy – At Greenworks, we work hard to get orders sent out in an expedited fashion and attempt to process all orders the day they were placed. Therefore, if an order has been accepted and processed, we will no longer be able to cancel the order and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow the return policy and ship the item back to our warehouse.
