Having trouble connecting to the app?

1. Make sure no one has previously connected to the Minibike 2. Redownload the "smartG" app and follow the Quick Start Guide steps to connect

How do I connect to the speakers?

Go into the Bluetooth settings in your phone. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on. The Minibike should appear with a title starting with GW-xxxxx (This connection is separate from the app connection)

How fast can it go?

Each of our E-transportation units has different speeds. Please refer to the user manual for your specific unit.
