Delivery Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 CAD (before tax). Orders under $75.00 are subject to a $15.00 shipping fee plus applicable taxes. At this time, we ship to Canadian addresses only.
Order Processing Time
We know you're excited to receive your new Greenworks tools—and we're just as excited to get them to you. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. Processing times apply to business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding statutory holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
- Freight shipments may require additional time for carrier scheduling and coordination.
- Small parts and certain battery models may ship from third-party warehouses, which may impact processing time.
Delivery Exceptions & Restrictions
- No PO Boxes: Orders must be shipped to a valid street address. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
- Limited Shipping Regions: We currently do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.
- Restricted Products by Province: Certain products are available for delivery only in Ontario and Quebec. This will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Dangerous Goods (DG): Some items—particularly those containing lithium-ion batteries over 100Wh—are classified as Dangerous Goods under Transport Canada regulations. These products:
- Require special shipping and handling.
- Cannot be delivered to unattended locations (i.e., left at the door).
- May not be deliverable to certain rural or remote areas.
If we are unable to ship to your location due to DG restrictions or courier limitations, our Customer Care Team will contact you to discuss possible alternatives, including pickup at the nearest shipping facility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS, depending on your communication preferences selected at checkout. This will allow you to follow your order every step of the way.
