24V Cordless Deluxe Stick Vacuum, 4.0 Ah USB-C Battery & 30-Minute Super Charger

Less than a year the vacuum suddenly stopped suctioning and the reason is the flexible brush is torn. I was happy for having this one because the strongest one I have. Then I'm surprised the warranty doesn't cover this issue!!!

Had this vacuum for 18 months. Thought it was terrific - until today! Couldn’t figure out why suction dropped significantly until I discovered that the floor brush flexible hinge was torn. So I was sucking air. Called customer support to learn that it had only a 90 day warranty. Had to buy a new one. Very disappointing from Greenworks. So buyer beware!

Terrible suction and gets extremely hot while in use. Battery only lasts 7 minutes max as you need to use it on high to pick up anything.

So don't let the 4 stars fool you. I love this machine. It works shockingly well on carpet and since most of my house is bare floor I can kill all my carpeted areas with the included battery quite well. It's attractive hanging on its charger which allows you to charge the vacuum with included battery installed and a 2nd 24v battery to the side. There's also a holder for two of your attachments so that they're easy to grab from the charging base.My only nitpicks are that I can't buy an identical battery to the included one and as such have to charge any secondary battery on the side port. I'd rather have had an identical one.Lastly it's not great for picking up kitty kibble from a bare floor. It's not a power issue - it's a brush issue. The brush sort of shoots the kibble away rather than sucking it up. A different attachment helps but has a much smaller suction surface so it takes longer.That said overall a solid purchase. I bought this vacuum it came really quick to me. Probably like 3 or 4 days by courier. It was super easy to hang and put together. Took 30 minutes to charge battery. Then the test how well does the vacuum perform. I thought it was amazing works great. Very light and the suction is great. I do recommend getting an extra battery though. You can charge two on the wall mount that comes with it. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I have owned this vacuum for over a year and I would say it's a very good product. So far nothing has broken or cracked but what's the impressive part is how well it works. It really does a good job at pulling dirt out of the carpet especially considering it's battery operated. Run time and the canister size could be upsized a bit.

Purchased the power head separately for this vacuum and the green hose inside the head is already cracked. I’ve had to repair it with duct tape to retain any suction. This is a major material/design flaw as the vacuum is meant to be stored upright with the head flat to the floor. The hose is therefore bent for great lengths of time. For it only to stress weaken and break at that point indicates a low quality product.

So far vacuum has been great. I am comparing this to a Dyson V7, so not the newest model of Dyson. Suction of this vacuum is loads more than the V7. Looking at specs its about on par with the suction of a V10. The 3 different levels of suction is great. Battery life is superb (about 10 minutes on high). Easy to swap out batteries (If you have extra), and the ability on the wall charger to charge an extra battery on the side.Not having to the hold the trigger down is nice for extended usage (pressing once then releasing and vacuum turns on). Dirt container is easy to empty, maybe small for some but no issues in my use case. The roller on the Dyson is easier to maneuver, but its not that hard on the Greenworks vacuum either.Overall very happy with the vacuum so far. Would recommend. Especially if you get an extra battery.

We ordered this vacuum so that we could quickly change battery packs to allow us to vacuum longer than a typical cordless can operate. Very impressed with this vacuum, I am a fan of cordless vacuums, but I am not always happy with the suction power, but this Greenworks 24v is excellent! This vacuum is easy to maneuver around hard surface and carpet, the attachments are easy to remove and install, and the charging cradle has USB ports for charging our devices (wow). The best part of this is the battery is interchangeable with other Greenworks batteries unlike the other more expensive brands. Highly recommended!

Normally I’m a big Greenworks fan. Unfortunately, their cordless stick vac is not their best. They claim a 40 + minute runtime with a fully charged battery. That’s only on the lowest power. If you want a more normal speed, you’re looking at only 16 minutes!! Huge difference. The vac did well on hardwood. Different story on carpeting. Not as good as my cordless stick vac from a leading competitor. This might be an ok vac for those in an apartment or if you want to do light touch ups in between vacuuming.

This is a great lightweight, cordless stick vacuum.I love that the attachments are easy to switch out. The release buttons aren't a struggle and push very easily to release the attachment. The storage for the attachments is one of the best because they aren't just pushed into place, which usually fall off easily, but these are actually attached on and you push the release button to remove them. Very nice feature!The LED lights at the front of the brush floor attachment are nice and bright!The touch control works great (if you're not holding a phone in one hand and trying to hold up the vacuum and use it like I did in the video). They really do work perfectly. You can easily change between the three vacuum modes and it will tell you how many minutes of battery power you have left by using each of the three power modes. Another very nice feature! All three power modes pick up dog hair and dirt nicely, but the highest power mode is very powerful!I also love that you can use it as a hand held vacuum. The display works the same for the different power modes using it this way as well. It also shows you how much battery is left while you're using it and it shows you how many minutes left until fully charged when you have it in the charging station.The charging station has another nice feature and that's the fact that you can charge other devices from it.It is super easy to empty the dust bin. I wish I could share more than one video but it won't allow me to. But it is over of the easiest bins to empty.Great vacuum, super fast charging, lightweight, multiple power modes, several attachments, use it as a stick vacuum or hand-held, easy to empty, and many extra great features.
