Product arrives with the handle stopper button completely broken. Can’t find any replacement part on the greenworks site and I don’t speak English to call for a replacement so I open the motor and designed and created my own 3D printed replacement part. It’s now working with a much stronger piece of plastic. The Trolling Motor is not the problem, the packaging was poor to avoid this problem in the first place. Also the language barrier with the support option for replacement parts is a problem for me.

Misaligned Battery Compartment/ Trolling Handle.

Received the 40V 55lbs Trolling Motor with the Battery Compartment/Tiller Handle permanently attached at a 45 deg angle to the prop motor housing. (See pictures.)I have not run the unit but judging from the reviews here it's a great trolling motor all around. Kind of disappointed with the handle control mounted permanently that way.
