The GRV-1010 robotic vacuum includes a 1-year warranty, which is competitive within the industry. While your unit may now be outside of the warranty period, we always aim to do our best to assist. We’re sorry that this was not your experience.
The GRV-1010 is designed to automatically return to its charging dock and recharge between cleaning cycles. If the unit displays “Charging” but does not remain docked, or if the buttons are unresponsive, here are a few additional tips that may help: ensuring the charging contacts on both the vacuum and dock are clean and free of debris, confirming the dock is placed on a flat surface with adequate clearance on each side, and making sure the unit is properly aligned on the dock. It may also help to power the unit off, allow it to sit briefly, and then restart it before placing it back on the charging base.
