Safety Notice: GW 60V 22-inch Self-Propelled Mowers
Models: MO60L811 & MO60L521
Greenworks Tools recently discovered a potential issue with a small number of its GW 60V 22-inch Self-Propelled Mowers, Model Nos. MO60L811 & MO60L521 (“Mowers”). The potential issue relates to a risk of a thermal event. Specifically, one or more components of the Mowers’ Printed Circuit Board Assembly (“PCBA”) may short, posing a risk of a thermal event only when in use. The risk of a thermal event is not related to the battery and should not pose a risk of triggering a thermal runaway of the battery. While Greenworks Tools is aware of no injuries related to the potential issue, out of an abundance of caution, it is issuing this safety notice.
Safety Notice: Greenworks 60V 2-Seat Go-Karts
Model: GK60L820
Greenworks recently discovered a potential issue with a small percentage of its 60V 2-seat Go-Karts, Model #GK60L820 (“Go-Kart”). The potential issue relates to magnet slippage in the accelerator pedal assembly, resulting in potential unintentional acceleration or maintenance of speed. Once the brake is applied, the Go-Kart stops, shows an error code (E006), and becomes inoperable. However, out of an abundance of caution, Greenworks is issuing this safety notice.
