Scraper Assembly for 22" Snow Throwers

I never write reviews. This is my first one. I’ve been trying to get a replacement scraper for my snow thrower for three seasons now and I can’t get one what’s going on Green works. Maybe we should all switch to another brand of electric tools . That goes for my lawn mower blade as well

Clearly the plastic they use for this is not as good and very brittle. The 22" Snow blower I had from 2018 worked fine for 5 seasons. The replacement I installed at the end of last year barely made it one season and now it is out of stock! I wonder why? Other then that this has been a great blower. Greenworks get a better replacement!

This scraper gets way to brittle in the cold and destroyed after every single snowfall. Greenworks needs to acknowledge that this is a design flaw and not an issue with wear and tear and do better with the design of this scraper. This is never in stock when you need them so the snowblower becomes useless for the rest of the season. I was able to finally order a set in the summer but it came with incorrect fasteners. I called up support and they had the audacity to say that "as a one time courtesy, we will send you the correct fasteners". Are you serious!!? They sent 2/5 screws and never received the rest of correct fasteners as they sold out!

My beef is I’ve been waiting for scraper assembly since December but it’s still not available. I used an 1 1/2 inch ABS pipe, hand saw and a heat gun (in a well ventilated space) to make my own drop in replacement.

It's been 3 month now that scraper is sold out...maybe try to make it stronger so it can last...
