Cannot believe that you have to buy a complete chute assembly when a cheap plastic gear that often brakes due to poor design, is all that is needed. Must spend $110 for at most plastic worm gear. Talk about disappointment.

I just want to replace the control cables for chute deflector angle (casing cracked so cable has freezes inside due to moisture being inside casing) and chute direction (separated from mounting flange). It is crazy I have to buy a whole chute assembly to do this, but if that’s what’s needed, so be it. But I live in Whitehorse and there is no service centre that comes up. Can I just get the cables sent to me? How do I get this part to repair what’s broken? Seriously
