Replacement Bump Knob & Spool Cover for Select String Trimmers

I thought I was buying a good quality product. The trimmer broke after 10 uses. Trimmer head broke off residential usage But that’s not the real problem. Trying to get it warranted or even find the replacement part has been a nightmare. Very poor customer service I was told to call back when I was able send a video of the trimmer not working too funny the head doesn’t turn I guess the photo wasn’t good enough. Not happy period
