Awesome customer support

I wrote a review yesterday, about my struggle to get a spare part. today i was contacted by greenworks support with a solution and also the offer to ship the part for free.

No spare parts for over 1 year

It wore down quickly and greenworks do not have the part in stock so they sent me a new string trimmer. That was over a year ago and it still is not back in stock. It is a real shame as i love my greenworks tools but no spool part = no string trimmer.
